[India decides to impose provisional anti-dumping duties on China related Pvc Paste resins] The Taxation Bureau of the Ministry of Finance of India issued Circular No. 09/2024 Commodities (ADD) on June 13, saying that it accepted the preliminary determination proposal of anti-dumping made by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India on April 26, 2024 on PVC paste resins originating in or imported from Chinese Mainland, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, Thailand and Taiwan, China, and decided to impose provisional anti-dumping duties for six months on the products involved in the cases in the above countries and regions, as follows: US $115-600/ton for Chinese Mainland, and 0-41 for South Korea USD/t, USD 317-375/t in Malaysia, USD 118-168/t in Taiwan, China, USD 195-252/t in Thailand and USD 328/t in Norway (see the preliminary determination announcement of this case for tax details). The Indian customs codes of the involved products are 39041010, 39041020, 39041090, 39042100, 39042200, 39043010, 39043090, 39049000, 39044000, and 39049090. The involved products do not include the following products: Pvc Paste Resin with a K value below 60K, PVC blended resin, copolymer of PVC Paste Resin, battery separator resin, and PVC paste resin under the brand name "Biovyn" produced by Innovyn Europe Ltd. This measure shall come into effect from the date of publication of this notice in the official gazette.
