Colombia's Final Decision on Anti Dumping of Polyvinyl Chloride by Suspension Method and No Measures to Close Case

On April 30, 2024, the Colombian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism issued Announcement No. 108, making a final negative anti-dumping ruling on suspended polyvinyl chloride (PVC) originating from China and the United States (Spanish: Cloruro de Polivinillo (PVC) tipo suspensi ó n), deciding to terminate the anti-dumping investigation and not impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved in China and the United States. The Colombian tax number of the involved product is 3904.10.20.00. The announcement shall take effect from the day after its publication.
